MAKE A FAKE AND SHOOT

1. One side at a time.
2. Whistle, the first player enters the box and attacks any cone with an evasive move (head fake, stick fake skate fake or an escape).
3. On the whistle, one attacks the net and two enters the box on the other side.
4. Have the players use any shot/wrist… Make sure they are aggressive on their moves!!

PLACE A BROKEN STICK SHAFT IN FRONT OF THE NET AWAY FROM THE PAINT.

HAVE PLAYERS WORK ON DECEPTION, (FAKE SHOT) AND PUSH THE PUCK TO ONE SIDE, PAST THE STICK, PAST THE GOALIE & SHOOT!!  GET THE GOALIE MOVING!
