PASS EXCHANGE AND SHOOT

D1 starts the drill going backwards, exchanges a few passes with next player in line. D1 then clears the cone, moves laterally and shoots. D1 then with quick feet goes down past the dot, moves backwards, exchanges passes with D2, moves back to blue, goes laterally then shoots. D2, starts the drill again from the other side.
