PICK UP A MAN SERIES – 2 parts

PART 1
Players go down 2 on 0, making as many passes as they can. When they get to the far blue line, the inside player with the puck passes to one of the players from the opposite side. They then go down 3 on 0 and get a shot on net.
Both sides can go at the same time, but keep your head up! I would start with one side at a time.
Make sure players execute a triple drive: the puck enters wide F1, the middle lane drives the net F2, and the outside player F# drives the net even with the dot. F3 goes to the net ready for a pass or continues to the net for a rebound. Stick on the ice and head up.

PART 2 – ADD A DEFENSEMAN.
Same start as Part 1, but add a defenseman skating backward. The three players exchange passes. When the defenseman reaches the top of the circles, they pick up a player from the opposite line (as in Part 1). The defenseman passes to this player, who joins the rush to make it a 4-on-0.
Players execute a 4-man attack, with a triple drive and the 4th player cruising into the slot.
