SCOTTY’S 7 PASS WARM UP

  1. Player 1 skates with no puck, exchanges passes with player 2 (passes 1 and 2).
  2. Player 1 skates along blue and exchanges with opposite line (passes 3 and 4).
  3. Player 1 then exchanges with player 2 of the other line (passes 5 and 6).
  4. Player 1 then cuts in the middle to recieve a stretch pass (pass 7) from player 2.

Opposite sides go at the same time.
Players 2 from the opposite side then leave with no puck.

FOCUS ON PROPER PASSING AND RECEIEVING SKILLS

EYES UP / LOOK – PUSH – POINT / RECEIVING: Blade on the ice – top hand away from body – blade square to puck – cushion puck.
