Camp Overview

Hockey is really two sports in one, skating and stick skills. However, most coaches can agree that the key to an outstanding hockey player is to be a great skater. At the Dynamic Skating Camp, we will build on your areas of strength and help you correct your weaknesses. You will develop powerful edges, learn to use your body so you can reach top speed, and we will improve your agility on skates. At our stick skills component, you will have a puck on your stick for the entire time, increasing your confidence to keep your head up. You will learn innovative moves and dekes using our on-ice props, so you can visualize beating your opponent one-on-one. We also work on Passing skills on.

  • Review Hockey Skills covered on the ice with video examples.

  • Mental coaching: Goal setting & Visualization
