MURRAY PP 5 ON 0 / 5 ON 4

1’s play 5 on 4 vs 3’s at one end, 2’s execute PP options 5 vs. 0 at other end, 4’s are on the bench.  Goes for 30 to 45 seconds.  On whistle, 3’s go to the bench, 1’s become penalty killers (PK guys wait on 1 knee until the PP gain entry), 2’s execute PP BO, 4’s come in and play 5 on 0.  Drill is based on 4 units of 5 but can be modified.
