NASHVILLE SHOOTING DRILL

Both end at the same time on the whistle. 

1. D skate top of the circle, pivot backwards, pick up puck as spotted from next D in line. 
2. D1 hits F1 on the wall and F1 passes or chips puck to F2, who supports from under. 
3. F2 goes down and shoots. F1 follows up for a rebound / goes hard to the net, and is ready for a high tip on the next shot. 
4. After D breaks out 2 F’s, follow up play and exchanges passes with next D in line at another end, then stops at the blueline for a low point shot with 2 F’s in front screening and tipping.

OPTION:  D hits F2 in the middle on 1st outlet pass.
