The Meat Grinder
- Teams are staggered in four lines. Pucks are with the coach between 2 of the lines.
- Two on 2 – players must pass to either of their lines before scoring.
- Players in line can pass back, rim puck or take bad-angle shots for rebounds.
- Keep shifts short – 20 to 30 seconds.
OFFENSE: play fast, no dusting pucks/support puck / go to net
DEFENSE: 1 hand with stick on puck / no puck, play body / one-on-one defending, stay with your man.
