Wildcat Puck Races

  1. Coach spots the puck; 1 and 2 race for it, trying to get their bodies inside to win.
  2. They play out a 1-on-1, trying to score a goal.
  3. On the whistle, 1 and 2 will race (long) for the 2nd puck, trying to win the foot race.
  4. At the same time, a new (short) 1-on-1 puck race will begin when the coach spots a puck.
  5. They then play out a 1-on-1, trying to score.
  6. Whistle will end the long 1 on 1, and both players will sprint to the original line.
  7. After a while, make it a 2-on-2 battle.
